Easy Pumpkin Coffee Cup Dessert:
1/2 cup pumpkin purée (NOT PUMPKIN PIE FILLING!)
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
Splash vanilla
Cinnamon to taste
Whipped cream or Cool Whip
Mix the pumpkin and chocolate in a coffee mug and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir, microwave 20 more seconds. Remove, stir in a splash of vanilla and as much cinnamon as you like. Top with whipped topping of choice. One...
